A handful of happy faces at this years Coventry Half Marathon!
This was a new event for me, and I wasn’t disappointed as I grabbed myself a new PB, along with Jane Rose and Andy Carmichael.
Overall it was a great course with a few inclines and some nice country roads, The local support was fantastic which as runners we all know makes a big difference when you’re feeling at your worst.
First in for Team Wreake was Matt Franklin (1:23.44), closely followed by Dave Rose (1:25.57) Andy Carmichael was next across the line with his new shiny PB (1:28.54) Scott Beasley was next (1:31.26) ‘And a very big smile’
Jane Rose carried her new PB across the line in (1:34.27), Ian Hillier was next (1:36.19) And finishing it all off for us was John Hall in (1:53.10)
