Bradgate Park XC

Wreake were out in force this weekend with the 4^th Derby Runner XC league race.

We had a fantastic group of runners with 13x men & 12x ladies tackling the steep up hills and slippery down hills of Bradgate Park.

The first male in for us was Finn Miskin taking 32^nd position overall, followed by Alex Percy – 65^th  and Dave Rose – 90^th.

We had a few of the Wreake young Athletes running for the ladies team who certainly showed us older runners how it’s done,

Rosie Timlock was the first in for us finishing 21^st overall, closely followed my Jane Mayes – 24^th and Sophie Thorpe – 35^th
