A group of us put on our XC shoes Sunday and headed for Thorpe in the Peak District to take on the Dovedale Dash, a fantastic 4.75 mile run through the valley’s of the river Dove and the cold waters of the famous stepping stones along with over 1300 other runners.
A beautiful sunny day made the mud and hills slightly more bearable, A thoroughly enjoyable day with a well deserved pub meal afterwards… definitely one to put in your diaries for next year! (Nov 6th 2016)
